Fees
You should understand the financial arrangement before any work begins. If the claim is unsuccessful, you do not pay our fee. If it succeeds, the agreed fee in your signed Terms of Business applies.
The arrangement
The exact fee, scope and examples should be set out in writing so there is no guesswork.

Fee questions
Under the no-win-no-fee promise, no service fee is payable if the claim is unsuccessful, subject to the definitions and scope in the signed Terms of Business.
Do not assume so. The written terms should state whether reconsideration and tribunal work are included, require a further agreement or use a different fee arrangement.
The payment method and timing must be stated in the final Terms of Business. Ask for a worked example before agreeing.
The website currently contains a build-stage terms page. Final legally approved client terms must replace it before public launch.
